Reservations

All reservations for Montsec Activa, whether for kayaking, Aqua Bus, or hiking, must be made online through the reservation form available on the website [http://reserves.montsecactiva.com/](http://reserves.montsecactiva.com/). Telephone reservations will not be accepted.
To finalize the reservation, a 50% payment of the activity must be made.

Additionally, any questions can be submitted through the contact form on the website https://montsecactiva.com/contacta/ or via email at info@montsecactiva.com.

To formalize the reservation, a 50% payment of the activity cost must be made. The remaining 50% will be paid on the day of the activity.

Payment

Payment will be made by paying 50% of the total price at the time of booking. The remaining 50% payment can be made in two ways:

• In cash at our nautical base on the day of the activity
• By card at our offices at Carrer La Font 11, Àger. Office hours are from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to

The client may withdraw from the requested or contracted services and be entitled to a full or partial refund of the amounts paid to Montsec Activa Sport & Aventura SL according to the following conditions:

• 100% refund of the amount paid if the withdrawal occurs 4 days before the activity start date.
• 50% refund of the amount paid if the withdrawal occurs 3 or 2 days before the activity start date.
• If the withdrawal occurs less than 48 hours before the activity start date, the refund amount will be at the discretion of the company.
• In the case of partial withdrawals, these conditions will apply to the canceled reservations.

Montsec Activa Sport & Aventura SL may also cancel the activity due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions that endanger the activity. The client will be entitled to a date change or a full refund of the amounts paid.

If the activity is canceled due to the client’s delay, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. In this case, the client will have the right to reschedule the activity, provided there are available spots on the chosen day.

Activity

Montsec Activa reserves the right to cancel the activity for meteorological, safety, or technical reasons. If these circumstances are foreseeable, the company will inform the client via email.
Montsec Activa also reserves the right to change parts of the itineraries if river or trail safety conditions require it.

Swimming ability and the use of a life jacket while kayaking are mandatory.

The rental will be done with or without a guide, and the environment and all prior instructions must be respected at all times.

The use of kayaks under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances is not permitted. The company will not be held civilly, administratively, or criminally responsible for non-compliance.

The client expressly agrees to pay Montsec Activa the amount of all fines, judicial, and extrajudicial expenses arising from improper use, infractions, and any type of norms directed against the rented object.

Except for the free rental of kayaks and canoes, all other activities are subject to a schedule. Therefore, if the client cannot arrive at the specified and indicated time, Montsec Activa reserves the right to cancel or change the activity.

Montsec Activa is not responsible for the damage or loss of clients’ personal belongings: cameras, phones, clothes, etc.

The participant acknowledges the possible difficulties of the activity and the minor complications that may arise since it is an adventure sport and may involve a small risk. Nonetheless, our pre-activity explanations will cover how to solve and anticipate problems.

The participant is responsible for the equipment provided by the company and agrees to pay for any damage or loss. This payment can be made:

• By card at Carrer La Font 11, Àger
• In cash

Montsec Activa will provide a waterproof pot or bag for carrying essential items that must not get wet (documents, phone, cameras, etc.). Montsec Activa is not responsible for these items if they are not in the waterproof bag or if it is not properly closed.
Minors must have authorization or be accompanied by a responsible person.

Montsec Activa’s commitment begins with the contracted activity, making it the client’s responsibility to arrange transport to the facilities or the activity’s starting point. The contract and Montsec Activa’s responsibility exclusively cover the direct work of its technicians and the organization of the activity.

The price of programs and activities includes accident and civil liability insurance. The rental of material and equipment not involving the contracting of one of our activities does not include insurance coverage. Complete information about insurance terms and coverage is available to clients and will be sent upon request.

In the event of a dispute or litigation between the parties to this contract, they will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lleida.

From the confirmation of the reservation, the client will expressly assume all these General Conditions. If a person registers another, they assume all these General Conditions on their behalf.
