How can I pay for my booking?

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is required through our online platform. The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the activity.

What payment methods are accepted at the Base Nàutica de Corçà?

At the Base Nàutica de Corçà, due to limited phone signal, only cash payments are accepted.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes, card payments are accepted at our office in Carrer de la Font, 11, Àger, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Can I pay the full amount in advance?

Yes, during the online booking process, you have the option to pay 100% of the activity cost in advance if you prefer.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you cancel at least 4 days before the activity date, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel between 3 and 2 days before, you will be refunded 50%. For cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, the refund will be at the discretion of the company.

How do I apply a discount code during payment?

During checkout, you'll see a field to enter your discount code. Make sure to apply it before finalizing payment.

Will I receive confirmation after payment?

Yes, once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and payment receipt.
